As an Associate Director at 64North,
Sean Justin is responsible for the design, management, and construction of the studio’s multifamily and mixed-use projects, as well as single family residences and estates. He also leads the practice’s landscape design studio. His work draws on a decade of experience integrating design, documentation, coordination, and construction to ensure projects are realized in a comprehensive, integrated manner from start to finish.

Prior to joining 64North, Sean was a designer at KTGY, where his work focused on the design, entitlement, permitting, and construction of mixed-use and multifamily residential projects across Southern California, leveraging innovative construction practices including mass timber and prefabricated modular construction. Prior to his work at KTGY, he worked at Plus Development & Design, bringing a unique design build approach to projects including luxury residences in Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Silverlake, commercial offices in Hollywood, and luxury hospitality projects overseas. He also worked at Baumgartner+Uriu Architects as well as Pasadena’s DLR Group, where his work focused on the design of retail, residential, and mixed-use projects internationally including in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Born in Arcadia, Sean received his Bachelor in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, and also studied at PCC. His interest in design and problem-solving is generational, following in the footsteps of his father, who designs lighting power supplies and transformers, and his grandfather, who engineered and built airplanes. Beyond of 64North, Sean enjoys spending time in the backcountry hiking, camping, and skiing.
