Just east of San Francisco Bay, the design for San Leandro’s Lakeside, for which Wil Carson was the Project Designer at Michael Maltzan Architecture, breathes new life into the 800-unit complex, with a new backbone of amenity and landscape spaces as well as renovated structures between, creating a new campus for living in the Bay. The project was designed in collaboration with Chee Salette Architecture.
