64North is excited to be working with LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes on La Plaza Cocina, the first museum and teaching kitchen dedicated to Mexican cuisine, celebrating and educating visitors about Los Angeles’ culinary heritage, from its indigenous roots to contemporary interpretations, through exhibitions, cooking classes, lectures, workshops, and culinary festivals.
